Circum Print – Printed Fabric Washing Machine

Pluvia works with maximum production efficiency, with the aid of pre washing chambers with long dwell time. Less water is consumed due to its high mechanical washing effect and flexible overflow system. Note that average water consumption is around 20-30 lt/kg and average steam consumption estimated at 1,5-2,5 kg/ kg for printing washing. With a washing speed between 35-50 mpm, fabric moves without tension and friction from j-box to j-box. There exists no peeling and elongation thus washing fastness degree increases.

Maxime Drum – Open-With Fabric Washing Machine

Capable of washing almost all types of fabrics and yarns – cotton, viscose, modal, tencel, polyester and blends and washing the fabric without crease marks by adjusting the tension of the fabric at every 2 meters.  In addition, Pluvia Plate nozzles have 60m³/h of water flowrate, high mechanical washing effect via threaded drum structure. Pura Bleaching – Open-With Fabric Pad Steam Bleaching Machine

IMPREGNATION SYSTEM

System has hydraulic pistons to create required nipping forces for homogenous diffusion of chemicals, continuous circulation is applied for the effluent.  The path of the fabric inside the cabin is extended and thus the steam contact time is increased. During steaming process, fabric is transferred between j-boxes, so that the fabric contact points with the metal surfaces changes. Pura Optical – Open-With Fabric Optical Whitening Machine

System has hydraulic pistons to create required nipping forces. Hydraulic system offers the possibility of reaching constant tightening forces against changing rubber structures. For homogenous diffusion of optical dye stuff, continuous circulation is applied for the effluent.  User friendly and flexible software. Software codes are shared with customers. The temperatures and the amount of consumed steam are PID controlled by the automation software precisely. Maxime Relax – Open-With Fabric Washing Machine

Our J-Box structure provides longer dwell time during washing process and fabric stays free and relaxed.  High washing effect is obtained, with Pluvia Plate Nozzles having 60m³/h of water flowrate, and application of fresh water inlets with pressurized nozzles. Since all drive units are automatically operated with tension controls, there is no frictional wear on the fabric.
