Navis TubeTex purchased Marshall and Williams in 2000 and retained all the rights and patents for the company. Prior to the acquisition by Navis Tubetex, M&W was primarily focused on supplying the U.S. market. Since acquiring M&W, Navis TubeTex has expanded the business internationally, installing numerous M&W tenter frames around the world. The tenter frame is the primary product line for M&W and is world renowned for its high productivity, energy efficiency and ability to process difficult fabrics and substrates for a wide variety of applications.
The company has seen strong results for tenter frames as well as replacement M&W chain. Navis TubeTex has maintained the legendary quality, performance and life of the M&W tenter chain product line. The company is encouraged by the surge in replacement chain demand and feels positive that this trend will lead to increased tenter frame installations in the near future as well. With the improvements that have been made to the M&W tenter frame line, Navis TubeTex is well positioned to provide state of the art tenter frames for all applications.
