Mark joined Navis TubeTex in 1995 in the mechanical engineering group with progressing responsibilities in the engineering and Research & Development groups until being named Vice President of Engineering in 2006. In 2021, Mark was promoted to Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations, overseeing all of engineering and company-wide operations globally. He holds a number of patents in the textile machinery field. Mark earned his Professional Engineer license in 2002.

Amy joined Navis TubeTex in 1996, beginning her career in the accounting division as a Cost Accountant. Amy continued to rise through the department taking on added responsibilities. Amy was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

Todd joined Navis TubeTex in February of 2019 as Executive Vice President, with responsibilities in sales, business development and product innovation. Prior to joining Navis TubeTex, Todd spent more than 30 years leading textile manufacturing operations.
