The TM-100 is the newest model open width knit compactor machine from Navis TubeTex. The TM-100 production speed of over 40 meter per minute and compaction over 25% represent the further development of TubeTex’s patented roll compaction technology.
Alexander Clothing in Egypt has received and installed the first TM-100 Open Width Compactor in the country and has all the latest developments and options. The machine is complete with the No Tension Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station and a Non-Stop Automatic Batcher. TM-100 represents a quality improvement for Alexander Clothing for difficult and sensitive fabrics to better control shrinkage and weights.
Thirumala Knit Finisher in India has received and installed the latest TM-100 in India. The machine is complete with the No Tension Entry, Pin Tenter Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station and a Non-Stop Inspection Batcher. TM-100 represents as expansion for Thirumala Knit Finisher into more difficult and sensitive fabrics to better control shrinkage and weights over other compaction technologies. The Navis TubeTex TM-100 was chosen after extensive testing and trails on competing compaction technologies.
Guichard Romania in Romania has a TM-100 in transit to Romania and will be the first TM-100 Open Width Compactor installed in Romania. The machine is complete with the No Tension Driven A-frame Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station and a Non-Stop Automatic Batcher. The TM-100 is the second open width compactor for Guichard in Romania and represents the second TM-100 for the Guichard group. The first TM-100 was sold and shipped to the group’s company in Tunisia. The success of that machine was a major factor in the newest addition.
