Masood Textile Mills of Pakistan has purchased the entire line of products on display from Navis TubeTex here in Barcelona. The company has bought the open width compactor, the all-new Pak- Nit e3 Gemini two station tubular compactor, and the newly-released CQC (Constant Quality Concentration) system. Navis TubeTex is launching the CQC system in Hall 6, Stand B126, a new system to accurately control pad bath concentrations.

The benefits are said to include cost savings through lower chemical and energy usage, as well as improved quality by applying the precise level of chemical required onto the fabric being processed. Masood Textile Mills, based in Faislabad, is the largest knitwear exporter in Pakistan, with a customer base including JC Penny, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Russell, Tommy Hilfiger, and Abercrombie & Fitch. The company says it selected the Navis TubeTex compactors due to the stringent shrinkage and quality requirements from customers. The compactor offer shrinkage control for both tubular and open width knit fabrics.

Navis TubeTex is also introducing its Pak-Nit e3 Gemini tubular two-station compactor, developed to provide increased compaction, speed, and improved quality and lower overall energy consumption. According to the company, the Gemini is the fastest compactor ever manufactured with running speeds of over 80m/min.
